Born in Warner Robins, Georgia, Rick spent his formative years in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Atlanta. After graduating from Georgia Tech with an Industrial Engineering degree, he received his J.D. with honors from the Rutgers School of Law - Newark. Rick practiced law in New York City, Atlanta, and Albany, Georgia, before settling with his family in Crisp County.
Rick now specializes in local government law, commercial and agricultural real estate transactions, business law, and estate planning and probate. He has been the County Attorney for Crisp County since 2008 and the attorney for the Crisp County Power Commission since 2018.

Kimberly is a native of Buena Vista, Georgia, where she was raised on her family's farm with her four sisters. She enjoyed growing up in a small town in rural South Georgia where faith, family, and community were the foundation of her upbringing.
Kimberly graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia. She then attended Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Georgia, where she received her J.D. with distinguished honors.

The youngest of three brothers and born into a family of grain and cotton farmers, he experienced the delight of living and working in a rural community. Thomas attended the University of Tennessee where he studied accounting and finance, and was the president of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. He graduated from UT in 2021.
